Wendy's

This is one of the more cozy Wendy's I've seen. It's joined with Tim Hortons and so getting a combination of hot chicken noodle soup and burger is a total possibility. I like the seating they have from booths to comfy seats next to a fireplace. The Wendy's staff are friendly but they seem to be a stickler for the exact word of the item you want to order. I've asked for milk shakes only to be told they don't have any but wasn't offered an alternate suggestion such as their frosty ( not completely sure if that's the name). My husband was told they don't have kids meal even though they do. And I can only speculate that possibly a language issue or they didn't see my husband with any kids. When the lines aren't busy they were nice enough to let me trade for another toy as we got a duplicate of the toy already.

I use to enjoy eating at Wendy's, but since they changed the buns to Ciabatta or pretzel bun. I dislike their burgers. I asked for my burger not to be on Ciabatta or anything else except white bun. They said ok and when the burger came guess what, it's Ciabatta bun. I not eating at Wendy's anymore. I'm done.

Food prepared quick and correct. Staff was couŕteous.If you don't specify light ice in the drink there is more ice than drink. Likewise with the chilli , unless you ask for lots of meat you get much more sauce than meat and way too many beans. They seem to go out of their way to minimize the value of the product. That is the fault of management not staff . When I spoke to the manager he defended those things without apology.Things are better now than with previous management but the current manager s the next that defended the bad policies and they still pop up.

These people can not get an order correct to save their lives. The manager is a nice guy tho. Something needs to be done about the people that take up family booths and tables to sit on their laptops to play candy crush for hours pretending to drink a coffee.
