I've given freshii a lot of opportunities to change how I feel about them, and they have failed every single time. It's bad food disguised as healthy food. The ingredients are horrible, Subway quality. Gross.

Every time I go to this location they mess up my order. Without fail. It’s frustrating when I’m running short on time to have to spend additional time pointing out the error and waiting for it to be remade.

This location is right below my office and so I’ve given it a try several times. I’ve really given it a shot but the combination of poor, very slow service and really mediocre food has pretty much made me look elsewhere. Just for kicks, I timed my order today and to make a rice bowl, it took the 4-5 person staff literally over 12 minutes while myself and another agitated fellow waited for our stuff…just the two of us in the shop. Same thing at Hungry Guys like 3 doors down would take less than 2 min and would be a damn sight better quality. I tried, but I can’t recommend this location.
