Story

Paramount Fine Foods began as one Middle Eastern Restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario and is now the fastest growing Middle Eastern Food chain in Canada with over 60 restaurants to be open by the end of the year. We flew in renowned international chefs to share the most authentic Lebanese recipes using the freshest and finest ingredients which have been passed down for generations to enjoy. The Paramount is a very good Middle East -Lebanese food Restaurant in Vancouver, great variety of dishes. The unlimited home made Pita is Awesome hot and tasty but don’t eat to much. The Meat platter is excellent for a family of 5 for under 100. Our host and Waitress were excellent

Absolutely amazing middle Eastern food. Felt really authentic. Truly good Hummus. The tahini was excellent. I am happy to say I found the best Lebanese place in the city. And I've been looking for a long time. The service was attentive and kind. The atmosphere was really nice and the place looks clean and we'll maintained. We had a blast. (Try the Kebbeh, it's amazing).

The food here is pretty good and the servers are friendly. The interior was meant to look fancy but I always feel a little squished here. It feels like they started with placing everything and seating/tables were an afterthought. I get it though it's downtown and space is limited.

Paramount has excellent Middle Eastern food. It’s fresh and It’s consistent! Taste and quality is absolutely amazing.

Where to start? Waitresses are rude and unwelcoming. They did not even want to acknowledge our questions about the table too close to the door with the traffic and the cold draft. The beet salad had already been prepared long time ago and taken out straight from the freezer. The beet was literally frozen cubes and the cheap lettuce was wilted, even the pita chips were soggy and tasteless. While the meat was very well cooked and tasted fresh, the rest of the dish was subpar, with oily rice, and moldy pickles. Overall disappointing experience, never returning to that restaurant again. Not mentioning that items are overpriced.
