BEST AND HEALTHIEST FAST FOOD, I get the chicken sandwich Everytime and it is so good. It has lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and the frosties were good but not the best.

I came through the drive thru a minute ago I ordered My lemonade with light ice when I got up to the window the Girl made a big show of I'm gonna add a little bit more lemonade to be nice and then added three scoops of ice. I don't care what you're supposed to add the cold hurts My teeth and I ordered light ice for a reason. Was in food service for over 15 years and she was just rude. Also I was not given a receipt or I would have just complained there. Do Better

Literally all we ordered was a large frosty and French fry and the frosty came out completely melted and when we called to ask about it, the lady just said that’s just how the frosty machine is, you can come back and get another one and it might be like that but it might not. I then asked about just getting a refund seeing as how we couldn’t go back, and then she said we need to return with our receipt in order to get the refund. I told her we did not receive our receipt then she proceeds to pull up our order on her end and then tells us we still need to come back in in order to just get a refund…absolutely ridiculousnAnd maybe if your frosty machine isnt working properly let your customers know in advance… thanks

My husband and I went to Wendy's, in Pocatello, Idaho 929 Yellowstone, a little before 7:00 pm tonight. A manager was pulling a drawer from a cash register and never looked up or even acknowledge we were standing there. We stood there for several minutes and she never even looked our way. We were actually about to walk out when another employee finally came up and took our order. She didn't have much customer service either. I have been in customer service pretty much all of my adult life, from waitress to assistant manager. Believe me when I say there was absolutely no customer service here tonight. A young man behind the counter, getting orders together, had his hair down, hanging in his face and he was chewing on it. There were quite a few open tables and we had to hunt to find the least dirty one to sit at. Every garbage was overflowing. I am not one to look for things to leave a bad review about and I will most assuredly write a good one before I write a bad, but tonight was just not okay. The food was good, but they really need some help in the other department. I doubt that I will be back to that location. Luckily we have one in Chubbuck that I can stop in to when I feel like Wendy's!!

Loved our visit to Wendy’s to get some frosty’s!! Fox is the best worker and deserves a raise! It was very busy and he took our order and had our food out in a timely manner. This location was very clean and all the employees seem to work graciously and kindly.
