Drive thru line was wrapped around and barely moving, so I went inside. I was there for over 30 minutes and just left. It’s not worth the wait. Their service is INSANELY slow, I have never experienced any fast food place take this long. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time.

It's Taco Bell. We all know it's franchise fast food. Very predictable on the food. But the Kiosk ordering is absolutely terrible. Takes way longer to order the system is glitchy and the customer relations are in the toilet. I not be dining in again. What an awful experience. People confused on the system. One elderly couple waked out. Lunch for 2 cost us 29.39. With prices like that this will not be an option in the future. I do not recommend 5his particular establishment. That Kiosk killing the experience.

They were wondering whether or not they were going to sue me for making my burrito burnt. Overall I very satisfied that they came through with my very crispy burrito and they offered excellent customer service.

Alyssa ROCKS! She helped me with a dash order a few weeks ago and we had problem after problem with the dash company. I have been meaning to write a review about this experience for a few weeks now and finally have the time. Her customer service and understanding are impeccable. Her communication with third parties and her customers she is personally working with are something to be admired. She has wonderful skills in solving problems that arise in her workplace and she focuses on solving the problem not just handing it to someone else. I appreciate this about this individual. If she is not in a management position already, I feel she would make an amazing candidate and bring so much to the table if given the chance. I hope she contines to exceed at her place of employment. It is my wish that she has a chance to read this review as well and it brightens her day! You are rockin' it, girlfriend! this is the second day in a row that they’ve either upsized my drink or charged me for food n then don’t deliver. and then they ask u if u want sour cream on some of ur food without saying that it costs more. make sure u watch what they tell u and make sure u get ur correct food here.
