I am a big fan of Wendy's restaurants and absolutely adore the one in Onalaska WI, but the one here on the South Side was terrible. For starters upon arriving at the restaurant it was dirty and I mean really dirty! Tables full of crumbs, trash on the floor and it smelled weird in there. We went and ordered our food and the cashier didnt seem very happy to be there, which I get it fast food service is hard ive been there but the least you can do is speak up and smile a bit. We did get our food quickly but thats because there were only like 2 people in the restaurant. When we got our food I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, which tasted funny and my fries were almost soggy gross! I was not satisfied with my meal at all. My boyfriend's meal had like no sauce on it and again soggy fries we will not be returning and I dont recommend anyone else going either!

Good thing we only wanted Frosties. There is a sign that says you can only be there 30 minutes to eat; not that the restaurant is ever very busy.
