Ordered $30.00 worth of food and when they messed up on my pizza that was cold barley had any cheese or toppings on it I called and they told me I would have to pay for a new pizza but they would give me free delivery charge. Do not waste your money here you can get a better pizza at little caesars then then overpriced junk.

Would NOT recommend. I was treated so poorly by a delivery girl. We ordered our pizza at 5 o'clock tonight and she called when it was ready at 6. We were on the 5th floor of our dorm so when we finally got to the lobby the girl was gone. So she had the audacity to text me saying she left because we didn't get downstairs in time and she had other deliveries to do tonight which I understand. She didn't even wait 2 minute for us to get to the lobby. After 2 hours... 2 HOURS. I texted back and she said she would send our order out on a delivery after she got done with her other two. She then said she would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Guess who didn't show up. Her. And I texted her and asked to get a refund due to the fact that it took 2 + hours to actually get our pizza and she replied "lol k." TALK ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. So we texted and said "are you still coming" because it was 25 minutes after the 10 to 15 minutes mark and I asked and she replied "this is my personal phone, please stop texting me." so after all of this went down, the manager of the store called and told me to stop contacting her and she lied to him and said we refused the pizza both times to her face when I never even saw her in person and only contacted her on the phone. And why would I refuse the pizza I was waiting for for 2 hours. Hope you enjoyed. Thanks for listening. Until next time.

Pizza was good. But we were a little disappointed when we got our Taco Pizza and it didn't have the chips on it. Called and was told that they have new owners and no longer put chips on the taco pizzas. The chips are what makes the "shell"

Same trash service as other people got. This was the worst customer service i think i have gotten in my whole life. dodge this joke pizza joint
