Took 15 minutes to get food. Order was wrong. Took another 8 minutes for corrected order. No apologies offered.

Allowed two customers arguing with each other to swear repeatedly loudly - no reprimand. As a mother of two kids 5 and under dining there, I asked the men to stop. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken and they told me while waiting they didn't have grilled and it would be a "really long time" so I got crispy instead. Ordered a coffee to go and instead of saying they have to brew more before taking my money, they told me that they just started brewing after I had been waiting. Another guy wanted just a burger and he waited so long he asked for his money back. All apologies but no real fixes. Person brewing coffee walked off and I had to re approach the counter to ask for my coffee. Seriously around 8 workers chatting it up but not being productive.

Pissed that I drove 30 miles for breakfast for my boss, since breakfast does end til 11. But everything she wanted they stop serving at 1030. So why not stop breakfast at 1030 but allow the other things that go past then to just staying the damn board.so pissed. #heymcdonaldsreplacemygas
