The first time I had a breakfast sandwich at this location it was great. Today I stopped by for my breakfast before work. The English muffin on my breakfast sandwich was hard and dry like cardboard. In my opinion they are using day old products. Terrible. I won’t be back. I work hard for my money and expect decent food. I’m sure the owner or manager would not appreciate paying for terrible food.

Never have had a problem coming here for food. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. Honestly my 3 year old son loves wendys more than mcdonalds! Toys are more educational and fun

MUCH better experience than most fast food places in Brantford. Mcds doesn't even come close. Just got some food tonight at around 10:30 pm and despite a lot of cars at the lineup, the line went fast. The food quality was good and no mistakes.nnPrices are also so much better than places like Mcds and isn't being run by a bunch of understaffed and incompetent teenagers.

Everytime I go here they never seem to fail to make my sandwhich wrong, I ask them to add three things onto it and they just remove everything else when I clearly state that i want to add the three items not substitute for only three items. Aside from this reoccurring issue this wendys is not bad. Asiago ranch Club in pic missing lettuce, tomatoes,ranch sauce im confused how they fail to make the sandwhich that is a premade selection and then add pickles onions and mayo dont judge its quite sad in my opinion

It says there open at 6:30 am to 1 am yet I couldn't get any service because I didn't have a car. Only drive through was open and they refused to help us because drive through was only open and we didnt have a car. That was hight discriminatory towards me because not all people are rich enough to afford a car. I don't recommend going here if your not rich.
