There is only fast food when it’s available and generally not of quality. Horrible service with the exception of a few awesome employees. Militant type attitudes not player friendly at all. No loyalty to players or comps. Cutting hours and changing rules daily. No appreciation of a paying customer what so ever . Best part of the casino are the staff in the cage and security. There is zero incentive to go to this casino .. sad state of affairs of an establishment that is slowly going down the drain. Horribly sad especially for long term loyal players and staff .

I can’t believe how rude the staff are.nnDon’t waste your time going there. I was “Summit” level at one time and nothing to show for it.nnYou literally WASTE money and BARELY win anything back you put in prior; IF you’re able to. Numerous visits and charts prove how AWFUL the odds and average money spent.nn90% staff are RIDICULOUSLY rude.nnWe have an up to date list of names of the people who treated us poorly and the TINY list of excellent staff. In every department. The upstairs restaurant/drink staff have got to be worst to treat people like dirt.nnYou would honestly think they’d treat you better considering how people waste THOUSANDS of dollars into debt, chasing losses.nnEveryone I talk to says exactly the same things mentioned here. We all think the Gateway chains are better in every sense.nnThe machines are unclean, garbage everywhere and I refuse to step into any bathrooms from the prior disgusting mess. I heard the ladies bathrooms are far worse for cleanliness. The drink area is always sticky and a disaster.nnA lot of machines have broken buttons, lights, broken bill readers and broken sound. Least they could do is fix those problems; it’s not like they can’t afford it.nnThey taken away of lot of older machines that other people liked to play. Some people don’t like the new machines.nnI find it more dead every visit, sounds and amount of patrons.nnI witnessed so many people get treated like dirt from the staff, so it isn’t just me. All the staff does is gossip and talk. I would apologize because felt bad to interrupt NUMEROUS “personal conversations” they would have, because I would need brief assistance. Some are discouraged for assisting patrons.nnThere are numerous examples, but I don’t need to post it here unless I feel it’s necessary later.nnThe temperature is absolutely ridiculous, it either feels cold as can be of 66° or extremely hot as 75°. Just set the place to 71 or so and LEAVE it.nnDon’t forget the Very uncomfortable damaged gross chairs. Whoever designed the elevation to the machine and buttons is not very smart. I heard so many complaints and even experienced injuries from these chairs.nnThe parking lot is absolutely ridiculous, bout time they repave it out. I witnessed people falling into the divets of the larking spots getting into their vehicles.nnThe front entrance is absolutely terrible, the exit has no automatic doors but the entrance does? People come out the entrance door.nnBottom line, I personally don’t feel welcome JUST to come and waste my money. No body appreciates the rude service and terrible odds of “getting SOME money back”nnI know for a fact nothing will change. There has been numerous ways of myself and others contacting the facility in regards to all these issues above and here we are in Sept 2024 same issues, it’s now time we post it to the public.

It’s a cozy place really nice decor. The odds are decent. I’ve only been there 3 times but I keep going back says something right!?
