By far the best burger joint in all of Brantford. This place has it all. Delicious fresh burgers, outstanding service and a cozy atmosphere. So many tasty burgers to choose from. I got the Cracker Jack Burger and Tower of Rings - which rocked my taste buds. I'll be back to try the Jamaican Jerk. Highly recommend, especially to burger lovers.

I'm not even sure this restaurant deserves 1 star. Incredibly disappointed with the service, cleanliness and overall quality of the food. Not only did we wait at lengths for our drinks and even longer to order the food - once the food arrived, there were various issues and errors with our orders. Which resulted in waiting even longer. The Chef admitted he forgot a "signature mayo" on one of the burgers. With the prices of this restaurant. I'd expect the quality to be a lot better. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. However, I have been to other Works restaurants and the service & quality have been better.

Excellent service and very welcoming. Jen G the server is very Polite, kind and made the visit feel like I was part of 'The Works Family'. Thank you for an great experience. The food is excellent and the price is just right. Check them out.

Absolutely fantastic food! Recommend the down under on a portobello mushroom burger. Best onion rings I have ever tasted, not greasy. Staff was great. All five of us loved our meals. First visit today, but not the last!

For a place, that only serves burgers The WORKS has a vast variety of options! First, there are several options for the patty and the bun. Those include veggie and healthier options like chicken breast. Next, you choose from dozens of creatively named burger topping options or create your own from an a la carte topping menu. I've only ever had the beef patty, and they will cook it to your liking. It's not the cheapest place for a burger, but it is comparable to other sit down restaurants. Everyone in Brantford should visit here once. There is something for everyone as long as you don't get overwhelmed by all the menu options.
