Wendy's

Place was a little messy tables hadn't been wiped off from the previous customers. After getting our food we decided not to stay and eat. we got back in the car and continued our 3 hour drive home. I love Wendy's but i wasn't thrilled about the food that day or the experience.

The food is great and the service is terrific. I love their fries and frosties. Their salads are the best you can get and the burgers are just as good.

I love Wendy's. And their baconator is usually great, but this time I was sadly let down. The fries were stale and a bit cold and the sandwich tasted stale. Like they threw whatever was left on it. I guessing go round 9:30 at night. Their quality seems to slip later at night.

This place on Shadeland near Chase Bank is too busy and too small to serve consistently good quality food. They're definitely trying but just watch them working when busy! There's not enough room to do this well. But if fast and profit is all the MGMT cares about well, that fancy remodel done here years ago did nothing for the kitchen or the workers...

Walked in ordering a large #4, and realized I forgot my card at home. The store manager decided to pay for my meal, as a courtesy. Now, THAT’S customer service. Won’t go anywhere else again for a burger at a fast food joint.
