Started out a little rocky but once we sat down, our waiter, Ryan, was AMAZING! So on top of things. The kitchen was short on people and while he was waiting to do stuff he went back to the kitchen to help so that way we could get our food. Very impressed. He was also helping to  train someone (I believe) and the trainee was so kind and kept checking up on us and he wasn’t even our waiter. Very impressed and will definitely come again! And our food was SUPER good!

The five stars are for our server tonight named Forrest.  He was so personable, nice, and attentive, even though it appeared he had had a crazy busy night.  Chili's is what it is, a chain restaurant with decent food. We don't usually expect much from these kind of places, which is why we were so pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we got from this young man.  Thank you Forrest for helping us tonight, it made our dinner that much more enjoyable!

Bad service,  cold food when it finally came out 20mins later and the place was not even half full on a Saturday afternoon.  Go to their competitor across the street and I'm sure you'll have better food and service! Also the restrooms couldn't be any filthier along with the peeling paint on the ceiling. This place just takes advantage of customers by assuming they don't notice anything. Caught a glance of the kitchen service area and it was absolutely filthy. Won't eat here again!

There is always great service here. The food is amazing. It's a little pricier, but it's worth it. The lemonades are really good. One of my favorite places to dine. The food does come out slow, but that's expected at busy restaurants. Not a hug fan of the chips, but the salsa is great. Overall very happy with all of my visits here.

I've been to Chilli's in California many time very delicious food. But last night My husband and I went out here in Idaho and I must say we are very disappointed! The mash potatoes were so dry I could hardly swallow then. My meat was so tiny and burnt they like they just forgot about it. Same for his plate His steak was like thick dry jerky and had no salt what's so ever. The only good part was the appetizer chicken wings other than Very disappointed. Will not be dining there again.
