The cashier lady is horrible! She's got anger issues! She does not fit to become a front customer service! She's confusing the customers with the orders. I order 1 combo + 1 single sandwich. I ended up paying 3 sandwich.  Aint complaining. Just pay and go. Id rather go. But i hope they hire people way better than her. Too early to ruin my day. Oh nooooo. Just a bad day! Respect.

So we have to pay for a paper bag to hold all the plastic the food comes in???? Wow are we winning here  this is horrible. Plastic cup and lid with a paper straw, fries came in a plastic container with a plastic fork. If your gona be on board be fully there cause this is just embarrassing.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately, the employees are very angry lately. No hello, no welcome, no thank you, no words, just an ugly attitude for no reason, this has been going on for quite some time, so much it's been talked about in fb groups by locals because everyone notices the nasty attitude from the employees in our area. I like the food but the employees are so miserable I feel horrible for ordering so I haven't been back in a little over a month.

Went to get some late night Wendy’s, Google says closed at 10:30 get there for 9pm and it’s closed?? In the drive thru waiting to have my order taken and no one answers, I drive around to the window and the workers are there just staring at me!! Don’t open to explain just continue to clean and walk away! If the store is closed at a different time that’s fine and understandable but seriously at least fix the hours so it’s accurate and I’m not driving around for nothing

Good food, good employees but spending 18 bucks for a meal up sizing drinks and fries and you can't throw in a 30 cent sauce .......... I might have keep a bottle of sauce pocket maybe even share some with the others.  You'd expect a combo to come with at least one sauce to would be amazing. But nooooo we have to charge for everything.  Taking my money elsewhere

I have been going to this Wendys for close to 40 years. The manager is great. The nicest man you'd meet! I don't know if there are new owners or what but this restaurant has dropped in all aspects for the last couple years. Never open when they should be, dine in is never an option, al the doors are locked all the time, breakfast is something they advertise but don't open for or serve. On Sunday I went to go grab 6 Frostys for a bunch of kids and they were closed at 8:30. One Sunday morning we went for breakfast there and they were closed but there were people loading and unloading boxes into a van. Again, the staff are great and the Manager is awesome. But the owners need to be reviewed by corporate. There are standards to be held with owning a franchise.

This has always been good and fresh. Today, it was awful. Burger was barely warm and in fact partially cold. The fries didn’t taste fresh either.Food: 1/5

The place is dirty and I don't think the staff washes their hands before handing the food. I've gotten food poisoning from here 3 times now. I won't eat here anymore and recommend you don't eat here either its nasty.Food: 1/5

Dirtiest place I've ever been in, it's a wonder alberta health doesn't shut it down. The rugs are soo dirty they're sticky with spilled pop and food.Food: 4/5
