Not a good donair experience. I haven't tried the pizza which sounds intriguing with the Filipino fusion but perhaps after trying those I can change my rating. Donair was pretty bad tasting and cold. The sauce seemed off and there was too much of it. Toppings were light, especially the meat and it was wrapped too loose. Meat wasn't crisped up enough and also lacked seasoning. I find this common when the meat isn't cooked enough after coming off the rotisserie spit. Gotta get on that if you want to compete in the saturated donair scene in Edmonton. Most people here will let it slide but you need to get those portion sizes up.
Medium pizza was 18$ wasn’t worth it at all, considering you can get famoso large for 18$ so it’s a huge rip off domino’s large is 15$ Not sure how they do pricing…. Not good at all it’s like dominos or pizza 73 which are both terrible. 6 really small slices in a medium when I mean small I mean my 4 year old ate 2 pieces and wanted more but there was only 6 slices so we ended up getting another pizza from a better local company,
Found this on facebook first time here tried their donair and pizza. Donair is fantastic sweet sauce is amazing the meat is fresh and tasty.ham pine apple ,cheese pizza & Creamy chicken pizza sooooo delicious that keep you eating until the last bite. Very good customer service, cozy and kids friendly atmosphere. Im surely go back here again ,recommend this store to check out
Good. We had the Donair Pizza, Meat Overload Pizza, Breadsticks and Spring Rolls. Pizza had lots of toppings. Donair Pizza maybe could have had more sweet sauce. Overall, pretty tasty.
Tried the meat pizza ,it was really good!! I will be back first time customer!! I recommend and I eat alot of pizza;
I've ordered a few times from Jams and have tried the fish, pizza, wings and mozza sticks and they have all been amazing. My roommate however, everytime he orders a donair its always ice cold and dry. Last time we ordered was no different for his donair and this time I ordered chicken fingers and fries to try something different again and they were over cooked to the point of almost being burnt. I reached out to the restaurant but never got a reply. We keep giving Jams a try in hoping because they are so new they will get better. But I think I'll just stick to pizza and wings from now on.
While waiting for our orders one lady cashier mention to his colleague. “Our customers today are STINGY” How do you response to that?? How would you feel for that if it is your 1st time be on their store? Food was good but that ethics of that lady it’s not acceptable.
The best thing I've tried this pandemic is eating pizza at Jam's Pizza and Donair! If you are looking for Edmonton's best pizza, order here! Very tasty! The quality's the best.
We ordered a three topping medium pizza, beef onion and mushroom. It was very good, lots of topping and cheese. I was thinking I wasn't going to enjoy it too much as I normally go for a thin crust and they are quite thick. However, we really really enjoyed it. We are local and will definitely be ordering again and going through the menu. It's better than the chain pizza places, please support local business. The order was quick. Second time ordering, we got the meat overload. highly recommend very tasty.
So good I forgot to take a photo! Celebrated my moms Birthday with Jams Pizza and it surpassed my expectations. Fresh deeper dish style pizza without all the grease. Cheese cheese cheese with toppings and a crisp golden crust. We ordered the pepperoni and then a Hawaiian. The photos already added are exactly my experience. I wish this spot was in my neck of the woods! If you are considering a new pizza joint make a point to try this one. Locally owned as well! I’ll be back to try the donair because I heard it’s really good as well!
