Was en route to an appointment in Edmonton in a rush, my daughter a staunch vegetarian ordered McPlant as a meal deal take away. To her shock inside the McPlant was a meat patty and she has to skip her lunch now. Is there negative stars that we can add here!!!!
Mcdonalds is partly successful because of it's consistent quality, irrespective of location. This particularly Mcdonalds changes this. This is a bad Mcdonalds. Reasons listed below: 1 they get my order wrong more often than not. Something is always missing. 2 no attention to detail - see photo of cheese bites I ordered. The 4th bite is empty! 3 they slap together the burgers 4 they run out of stuff like lettuce and baps, so menu items aren't available 5 it is always packed full of delivery drivers waiting agesss for the order. You literally watch the heat leaving the food that is due for delivery. I've ordered for delivery twice and received stone cold food both times
Went into the McDonald's order the Big Mac fries and Coke Zero to take out, but then decided to sit down and eat inside instead. was on my own and and once I finished my food I was sitting down for a couple of minutes but the member of staff took my take out bag and put it in the bin for me. they were really nice about it it so after she put the bag away I got up and left. I will definitely visit again. the food was ok, the service was fast. I didn't get a receipt because the machine was not stocked with receipt paper, at least I got my order and it was correct.
It's been third time now, when I ordered food and it doesn't match.. no bacon in BBQ crispy rap, cheese bite bunt to death.. everything is freezing cold and no sauce at all... More attention to detail.. I been working with Eltham McDonald's and u can't compare quality.. I'm really disappointed.. and not recommended to order from this place... Just wasted 30£ and food going to bin...
I'm sitting in McDonald's now and I'm watching what seems to be a few homeless and drug users seemingly having the freedom to wander around the store, use the toilets and cause the staff difficulties. I feel sorry for these people and the staff that have to work here. The staff are lovely but McDonald's and the Council both have some responsibility to make sure the staff and customers feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn't come back.
Upon entering the branch it was clean the time was 16:10pm on a week day. It was busy and waited 17 minutes for my order number to be called out. This might be their peak period so if you are in a rush you may want to avoid going around the time mentioned. Out of the order I placed, one item was unsatisfactory that was the Fillet O Fish. The fish was dried out as if it were left in an oven for ages and the cheese slice was a fraction of the fish. Aside from the comments I have made I will go back to this McDonald's branch and I hope I have a better experience relating to the food. Kid-friendliness: I like the offer of toys that come with the Happy Meal for children
Ordered 7 happy meals for my kids and their friends, recieved them with no box, one of them missing got only 6 of them no toys, the fifty delivery guy left the bag literally on the pavement outside and quickly walked away and on top of that when I opened it it was a mix of chips and burgers in there. Never ordering from there again for sure. Worse service ever
Food was nice and hot and tasty. Seemed clean and tidy with tables wiped down regularly. Computer screen to order your food and drink... Latte was lovely..Food: 4/5
Dirty, no sugar, old vegetables, fries with a burned oil taste. No peak hours, but 15 minutes waiting. Just table service was nice & friendly.Food: 1/5
Yesterday we ordered McDonald's through uber. Order came correctly. The smell of bruger and fries are not good. We felt its very old oil fried. Due to not well only ordered in McDonald's but after I had that food seriously I felt very sick I couldn't sleep and sit I vomiting 3 times because of that burger. Please we are not getting free products we pay I got Please provide good quality. Food is God so please don't cheat in this. Very very worst . I unable to prove by image because looking wise good but taste and smell very bad. Kid-friendliness: My son ordered happy meal but toy missed.
