Employees are nice enough, food leaves something to be desired, even for a fast food joint. Can't even be bothered to give us more than a scrap of lettuce. This has happened consistently anytime I go too. Seems Concord just has lousy fast food.
Majority of the time, food is hot and no complaints. But for a 10 piece nugget, this little piece was counted as one of the 10. It was only slightly bigger and thicker then a quarter
I had not eaten at a Wendy's in over 14 years. I was very excited to come across one. We went through the drive thru. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a small fry. I got a grilled chicken sandwich. I went in to exchange it and had an argument with an employee. Because the ticket said I ordered grilled, they wanted to give me another grilled chicken. Does crispy sound like grilled to you? When I finally got the correct sandwich, it was 1/2 the size I remember it being and was rather blah.
I used to eat here every work day, I loved their mandarin orange salad. So yummy and good for me. The apple pecan salad replaced this for me, but was not as good and costs more money. So now we only visit for the kids to get a treat of nuggets and fries. The kids love it, but I prefer healthier food elsewhere. If my favorite salad did return however, I would come back more often as sadly I can't eat the fried food, fries and burgers like when I was younger even though they are tasty.
Honestly…don’t go. Not worth the wait or the money!!! I was in line about 20 minutes. The person taking my order couldn’t get it right. Told him 3 times and still got it wrong. Went to get my food, I was asked if I got something different, the kid and a man maybe manager were talking to each other about what car got the wrong meal and if the car in front of me whether or not received everything they ordered. I waited again probably 5+ minutes to correct my order. Total mess! Would never go again!!
I always do the drive through so atmosphere opinion is limited. It is trash free and landscaping is done. Have I asked for a side of mayo twice now and not gotten it yes : But the food is hot and tasty.Food: 5/5
We go to this Wendy’s three to four times a week. Staff is usually nice, foods ok, and can feed the family for decently cheap. Last night we went inside to order since the drive through was busy, the girl taking orders at the counter blatantly ignored us for ten, possibly 15 minutes. The very young girl didn’t tell us she’d be with us or anything. She wouldn’t even look at us honestly she just kept bagging DoorDash orders or something. We finally got annoyed and ordered at the “do it yourself” computer. And that’s when she decides to step up and take the guy behind us order. It was really awkward. I don’t know why she didn’t want to take our order but I felt uncomfortable afterwards. Even the other customers in line commented on it. We are never anything but nice and even after that experience we weren’t rude and didn’t speak up ‍
$10.99 for this burger, fries, and lemonade? I know prices are rising but should the quality dive?Food: 3/5
Busy place, remembered to provide all good items and sauces we requested even being so busy. The food was hot and delicious.Food: 5/5
That new Crispy chicken sandwich on value menu with the Half a peice of bacon , was Great but I was skipped out of the bacon 3 TIMES IN A ROW , And it's wendys in Concord...im Also a Diabetic severe medical issues and , I treat myself sometimes and wished I could get what I Payed for and it looked as GOOD AS ADVERTIZED ..Blessings Joe.. P.s. it's a few miles away from me and I'm just disappointed...
