Order 3 piece box come with 2 piece didn't even provide spoon and tissue

I bought a family meal via drive through and I didn't check it, when I got home, I found that there is no bottled Sunkist neither coleslaw. The staff is rude. Worst customer experience!!! I'll avoid this store if I can.

Original recipe was soggy and bit undercooked.. but the staff was generous enough to replace the item..

No-one in the place but the restaurant and toilets were filthy

Quite hesitant to come here initially due to the reviews, but was craving some KFC one evening and decided to go for it. Order was great, crispy and hot chicken. Not sure if management had since changed for the better. Drive through is indeed badly designed but but the staff was friendly and nice. Would go again :
