Employees are nice enough, food leaves something to be desired, even for a fast food joint. Can't even be bothered to give us more than a scrap of lettuce. This has happened consistently anytime I go too. Seems Concord just has lousy fast food.
I used to eat here every work day, I loved their mandarin orange salad. So yummy and good for me. The apple pecan salad replaced this for me, but was not as good and costs more money. So now we only visit for the kids to get a treat of nuggets and fries. The kids love it, but I prefer healthier food elsewhere. If my favorite salad did return however, I would come back more often as sadly I can't eat the fried food, fries and burgers like when I was younger even though they are tasty.
Honestly…don’t go. Not worth the wait or the money!!! I was in line about 20 minutes. The person taking my order couldn’t get it right. Told him 3 times and still got it wrong. Went to get my food, I was asked if I got something different, the kid and a man maybe manager were talking to each other about what car got the wrong meal and if the car in front of me whether or not received everything they ordered. I waited again probably 5+ minutes to correct my order. Total mess! Would never go again!!
It seemed too relaxed of an atmosphere with kids wearing and sharing headphones. They were not busy and were hanging out by the drive-through. Having working in fast food, I expected to see supplies in the lobby be filled or tables wiped and floor clean. They were friendly though. I am sure it takes a certain person to manage a bunch of teens
On 5/2/23 at 9pm. I went inside simply because our truck didn't fit through the drive throug height requirement. It was fate I was meant to order inside. The night crew was amazing with service with a smile from a friendly cashier knolegable of what i was looking for, wish I caught her name, A gentlemen working behind the counter was friendly also greated with a smile, with u caught his name as well he ensured my food was done correctly. I love the teams energy good vibes amazing food. When I got home it was nice to see that everything was there and my food was piping hot cook to perfection. This evening was the best service an food I ever had in a long time. Keep up the fantastic work, thank you for all that you do an for making me feel welcome. Not a bad location, right off the highway. Quick drive thru service. The food was hot and fresh. No complaints!Food: 3/5
The drive thru signs were very well lit and the speaker system seems to be much better than the last time. The customer service professionals were also excellent at their jobs.Food: 5/5
