Got four 12 piece nugget meals. Cost 41 dollars for fast food and recieved cold soggy fries and cold burnt nuggets. Tasted like food was cooked an hour ago. Also forgot to put straws in in bag for our drinks. Absolutely horrible went today at 630 p.m., I hope the owner or manager sees this and makes amends to their horrible food quality.
Took way to long I ordered a 8 peice nugget meal took me 20 minutes for that. I was o. Lunch so I didn't even get to enjoy it. Was told they were cooking fresh nuggets ok get my food nuggets weren't hot and fries were old. I won't be back. Chick Fila was a big disappointment. But its not cheap so I'll go elsewhere. Plus the fries were only half full...
I usually love going to chick-fil-a because the service is better than all the other fast food chains, but this particular location has been lacking. Gotten order wrong multiple times now and leaving one person on the register with the line to the door. Luckily there’s a better location just across the street :
The young man taking orders in the drive thru line was great! He reviewed everything on my mobile order to make sure it was correct. The young girl handing customers food and drinks never said a word until i was about to drive off and all she said was “that lids not on all the way”. She never put the lid on my cup fully before handing it to me.
I have been going to this location for a long time. I had a issue today with my Cobb salad after work, and blue Chz lol. I talked with Lead/manager Daniel @ 3:45pm today I gave time of day so you know who he is, and he did a AWESOME job today with managing the situation. Thanks Daniel!
I have a new respect for Chick-fil-A, yes it is a bit pricey but at least the experience is a pleasant one. I rather give my money to a business that doesn't treat you as you are a bother for patronizing their business.Food: 5/5
How can anybody or anyone rate this place less that 5 stars. The motto here is legitimately to serve the customer in the best possible manner available! Food is always correct, hot and fresh! The staff is super friendly and attentive! No matter what you order it’s always good and goes beyond expectations of fast food! They must pay the staff well to have them all be as happy and as delightful as they are when serving you!
Delicious food, service was a little difficult, since you have a super small screen to order. Basicly have to know what you want before even arriving. Woman told me to download the app while I was in the drive through. Terrible customer service, won't be back.Food: 5/5
I seldom go in. Only because the customer service is better outside! Fast and willing to smile and joke for a brief second. Pull up pull off for this experience. It's something about going in and getting stared at while waiting for my food in not with. Or the bland how can I help you with no eye contact. I'm good on that. The "A" at these restaurants stands for attitude. Typically you'll find a good one because this is what chick fil A has put down for years.
Great service and food. I had to amend my order and they got it spot on! The staff was super personable. Wonderful staff and convenient location.Food: 5/5
