Went to get food obviously. Buy it took almost 30 minutes to even get my order taken I watched 3 other people leave cause it was taking too long. Then I pay and get my food and I asked them if everything was in the bag including the straw. Two “managers” both said yes. So I go on my way. I get where I’m going and pull everything out. I’m missing a burger, my straw, and my receipt so I can’t even get anything done about it. This restaurant has gone down hill and it’s so sad to see. I myself work in the “fast food” industry and this was ridiculous.
The employees act like you’re lucky if they help you. But even worse. The quality here is horrible. Your fries will be cold. your sandwich will be poorly put together. But the worst part of the entire experience is the restaurant is so dirty and outdated, that you feel like you’re going to get a disease if you eat here. What the hell are Wendy’s and the corporate inspectors from Wendy’s thinking by allowing this to happen? What a stain on the brand.
They never have straws they never have lids that fit the cups right and some of their employees are not good with people so but others are really nice and you didn't have the Junior Frosty listed so yeah that's one of my favorites Parking: And it sucks because you have to park out back or on the side where somebody could easily hit you coming around from the gas station
Too many times I go there and they are closed to dine in. I just went there at 3:30pm on a Friday. I see no signs saying dine in is closed. But all doors were locked. I did see someone going through drive thru. So that was open. But, I wish they would close so we can get something better in there that isn't always closed or something
They only hire known drug addicts at this store my order the last 5 times was completely wrong and they were rude the drive thru sign never has lights so don't even try at night I'm so disappointed cause I love wendy's food do not go to wendy's in delta
I TRIED to get a drive thru mobile order and they decided to make me go all the way in. I know I pressed the right button. But they had nothing better to do but make a disabled person get out of their car and walk all the way in. Thanks guys. I won't be back. I keep forgetting it's not a good place anyway. Parking: They made me park and go in when they could have just gave me my bag at the window. Parking was inconvenient because I had to run in front of traffic to get to my food when I could have just stayed in my car and got my order.
And then there's Wendy's in Delta, Colorado. Unlike any other Wendy's most could ever visit/encounter, I'm sure. From the slow service to items on the menu which are unavailable because....well just because...I'm only guessing on that one. On to employees, when questioned, give every excuse know to mankind, yet still complain to customers, and serve food below average at best. It's obvious this location does not understand quality food & services can keep them in business and customers can choose to go elsewhere depriving this business any opportunity to succeed. Buyer beware here! Get your burger elsewhere!
Always out of everything, you’ll be waiting a long time just to receive cold food and them always forgetting something you paid for. Very disappointing location.
Food was baseline. That's not my inquiry. The Hand Hygiene of the Drive Thru Attendant who's name tag I couldn't read was disgusting. No one should ever be anywhere on the floor or line with that type of Hygiene. Here's the Kicker the only thing I could read on the name tag was Manager. Avoid this place.
