Cool brand but please don't eat there Food: 1/5

Experience was good, however, I was disappointed that on a Saturday night only two registers worked and those two girls had to put all orders together while there were two huge lines. I was surprised that they had no help. I had to eventually commented to the manager to help instead of to keep salting the fries. They said it is how they do it, but in the U.S. teamwork is key. I suggest that be changed in Serbia because happy workers, happy customers.

I've been at this place in Subotica, Belgrade and Novi Sad, and I really like it. They have very good quality when it comes to food. The food isn't cheap, but it isn't too much expensive. Great place to bring kids, they have a kids menu. If you wanna go to McDonald's, I recommend that you but a cheeseburger because it's my favourite food.

They served me cold coffee…… I was super dissatisfied but didn’t have time to return it and ask for new one

For more than 5 times we were served one meal less than we ordered, there is always some problem with orders, and always something missing.
