I used to love this place up until the beginning of the year2022 when my brother and I would have a few left over scratch cardspictured above to use during this year. Manager told us that we could not be able to use them due to expiry? I had a little discussion with him on to why there was no visible expiry of the scratch cards and he couldn't tell me anything else but that I cannot use the cards any longer. I did try to get in contact with Fatburger on their website but never did I get any message back from head office for this issue TodayDecember 11th, 10am my brother and I enter the establishment and the lady at the front counter told me that I couldn't get more of the Christmas special promotion buy a $25 gift card and get a scratch card plus a $5 off coupon valid for next month and only that month. So I inquired to why I couldn't and she simply told me that they always would run out of the scratch cards plus the $5 off coupons and need to have some aside for other customers. I find this completely bogus and directed to just the 2 of us. I'm wondering if the rest of you that go here on a regular basis has ever had to deal with this issue as of yet? So Fatburger, please do your best to keep your core customers happy and don't treat us like junk just because we have build decent repor with you guys. We will end up using our gift cards in January and we will most likely never return after that.
I've grabbed lunch here a few times. Food is always hot and delicious. Burgers are a good size and full of flavor! The breakfast is good also. It is a little on the expensive side, as are a lot of places now. Most burger combos are around $20 and up. The location is quite small and can seat around 25 people. Service is a little slow, but food is always hot and fresh.
Great food , great price! The lady at this location she was taking our order and when we switched our eggs she rolled her eyes and ignored us. Super rude, this was all before I even paid..way to go you didn't even receive a tip after that! Ps: on ur other reviews the lady at the front desk is rude? You guys haven't corrected the problem within??? Goes to show you that you guys really don't care about customers!
I took a group of friends two weeks ago for FATburger I told them it will be very Fat n Big but, none of us ended up eating one, we were misled into it! The burger we ate were just regular ones.Food: 3/5

This is my favorite place to go for a burger. Fat Burger also has great breakfast at a good price. My son and I agree that they have the best chicken fingers in town.Food: 5/5
That’s $18 worth the food!!!! Are you kidding me! It’s my fault for not looking at the price but I ask to justify the cost. Our family will never go back
Curly fries were bottom of their bag, burgers packed on top so bag was super top heavy. Every time I forget why it's been so long, every order reminds me why!
The service was friendly and they were generous with the fries. Worth waiting a little longer for a good burger.Food: 4/5
Great Burger and fries. Didn't try the shakes but I should have. The fries and gravy we're awesome, you can tell everything is fresh.
