Ordering take out is fine but if you din in, there is only ever 1 waitress for the entire room! Service can be very slow and you feel rushed to get out. It is not a pleasant experience. If you go during buffet time, it is chaos, tables are dirty since there is not enough staff to keep on top of them. You are lucky to get a drink and that is it, no time to check if you need or want anything else. I think this place could be much better if they would have more staff on.

Order took over an hour and when it arrived my pizza was cold and the cinnaparts where hard as a rock and tasteless. I called to let the simcoe street North store know about it, and was informed by, someone I assume was managment that " they had personally packaged them and they were fine". I then asked if shed touched them and she replies "yes"....? Nice to know....She also proceeded to tell me that there was no reason my pizza should be cold. Though it took an hour to arrive. They sent me out a second cinnapart and ut was equally as disappointing. Worst pizza hut ive ever had and won't be ordering again.
