McDonald's

We don't frequent McDonald's due to the effect the food has on a person's digestive system (it's unanimous, right?) But we decided last weekend to grab a quick bit before grocery shopping. We zipped through the drive through where I ordered a chicken bacon wrap minus the bacon. Due to having a faulty pancreas, pork could put me in the hospital. Low and behold, once I finally opened my wrap there was bacon on it. So, we drive back, park the car, I go in and ask for a new wrap. The young lady at the counter replaced my meal quite hastily. All is well once again. So back out to the car I go, get in, sit down, open my wrap....THERE'S F@$%ING BACON ON IT!!! I stormed back in and demanded a refund. Of course, I have to wait for somebody with enough authority to issue it. Out comes the general manager (her name is escaping me), she scolds the young lady for asking her to issue this. Apparently the poor girl was supposed to bother someone else to do it. The GM handed me my six dollars and change, no apology, not a word. I guess to most bacon is just bacon. With such complacency and poor workmanship, perhaps minimum wage shouldn't be $14/hour 🤷‍♀️

Not horrible. If days shift, there is a lovely older women who makes even the wrong order manageable. 4*for her

My husband and I were visiting from Alberta a few weeks ago and went to McDonald's drivethrough a few times. We were impressed with a young man who served us - once at the window, and once when we had to pull over to wait for our order to be brought to our vehicle. He was charismatic, friendly, polite, and pleasant in every way - probably the best encounter we have had with McDonald's staff. We wish we knew his name, but just wanted you to have this review so that he can see it. GREAT job! He will do well, and we wish him the best for his future!

Fast service, servers are polite and knowledgeable and have a good menu. Leaving the restaurant can be difficult at times due to the design of the exit being on a downgrade and the advertising sign blocks your vision of traffic. If 2 people are leaving at the same time they can block each other's view making it difficult to see which forces someone to pull further ahead in order to see traffic leaving someone waiting. Very poor design but the restaurant has been there for over 40 years so they are doing something right.

It is McDonald's like any other. Staff is friendly and decently trained. Can handle larger volume of customers efficiently.
