Went through drive through tonight and the order taker had to take an extra minute for something else and apologized profusely when they were able to take our order. We then asked for no pecans in the turtles blizzard and extra mix mins for both blizzards and are very satisfied with what we received! Thanks!!

Worst experience they called us to tell us the salad was not a option because of the lettuce thing, was fine with that but then recive our order and a triple stack burger was missing, the fries were like the shale you put in your garden and a slight bit of gravy on a putine with two cheese curds. With the price of everything and the minimum wage at 15 per hr, I would expect a little more than this. If I could have put zero stars, I would

Absolutely disgusting... ordered blizzards and honestly could of just ate a box or oreos.. my blizzard had no icecream every single bite was just huge chunks of oreos.

They messed up my burger when I’m anaphylaxis to mayo mustard and ketchup. So I called and asked if they could remake the burger because I can’t eat it and they told me I have to call skip… why would I have to call skip they just brought me the food the business should be reading there orders right and making them right the skip driver shouldnt have to make sure the food is right they didn’t make it. this Dairy Queen is just out for the money and don’t care about the customer health. Not everyone has the money to just go buy another burger sometimes money is hard to get/ make so they should be taking there orders seriously and not as a joke.

The person who helped me at the till was super friendly and my food was really good and super fresh. However, I witnessed some rude attitude from one employee towards another employee and I found it super unprofessional.

Super friendly staff and very fast delivery. Please try the new ice pumkin cake is delicious!!!!! Best thing ever.. I love it so much!

The ice cream is always good. However, the customer service I recieved and the interaction with staff I observed is less to be desired. I made a reflective comment that DQ should do the transactions before getting the ice cream, as there would be no or very limited melting when given especially when going through drive through. I didn't get a chance to get the last part out before I was cut off rudly by a staff with long blond hair wearing a black polo shirt "This is how we were trained". The attitude was so unreal, I had to say something. I told her to quit with the attitude, I'm just making an observation......didn't even get that out when I was again cut off with attitude and then she tried to stay have a great day, but again the attitude and tone that came from this girl was historic and sarcastic. In regards to her interaction with other staff, a lady came up with cold fries and asked for fresh hotter ones. The same little girl proceeded which, I mean "stomping"; snapping at the back staff. You know, there's a way of talking to staff and customers, this girl needs a serious lesson.

Over the years I have found the quality of food at this location terrible. Every time I order a burger with lettuce on it, it's always a disgusting wilted mess, as if they microwaved it. The other day I went through drive-thru and ordered a Flamethrower burger. This time I requested no lettuce. Both of the patties were burnt black and there wasn't any sauce on the burger, just a tiny spot where the hot sauce absorbed into the top bun . Over the years I have complained many times about the low quality of their food on the DQ official website. I have never received a response and they haven't improved the quality of their food at all. The quality of food at the DQ downtown is much better. I recommend that one, but stay away from this location.

Place was very clean, service was prompt, polite & she got our order right. Took a while to get it but all in all..a good experience.

Constantly giving the wrong orders because they can't understand us through the intercom. Tired of constantly having to complain about orders not being prepared correctly. Thanks for the generic, automated response that doesn't actually address the problem.
