Spacious place. There weren’t many customers dining in at that time between 2pm and 4pm. Had a good time with a friend. Good, quick service. If anyone’s wondering, Wendy’s doesn’t serve Halal meet and there aren’t any vegetarian items. Anyway, I like this place and the food that I ate here.

Whoa!   1985 is calling and it wants its store decorator back!  Time for an update wendys. ….30 min later….  Now that I’ve received and eaten my food I’m utterly disgusted with this place.   The only thing that was the temp it was supposed be was the ice.  Got the wrong change back, fries stone cold sent them back for new ones and got half cooked fries in return.    I eat out a lot and I’m never coming back to this dive again!!!   Buyer beware.

Nothing wrong with the food or the service bit I felt it is little weird related to atmosphere.  It is a large space somewhat shabby looking and not very inviting to sit down and have food. May be it is because of large amount of online orders but not sure exactly. Though it is in a very busy place with a large number of students from the university, when you are in there you feel like you are in a deserted area but not in a good way like in a calm and inviting place. May be that was the ambience on that day only!

I find Wendy's to be our favourite fast-food restaurant. In addition to great burgers and fries I often enjoy one of their fresh made salads or chili. Burgers are fresh, not frozen. .This location has lots if tables, is very clean and staff is friendly and efficient. High chairs for children. Handicap parking spot available.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking spot and easy access to dine in. Drive through also available at this site

I don't write reviews very often but after this last visit i have the motivation to write these observations: - Food was very tired looking, old patties that had next to no flavour, and were VERY dry. - Fries were soggy and old, they also had the taste you get when fryer oil isn't changed. - Staff except one, she was decent were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in listening to my order or in getting it given to me correctly. - I asked for a Big Bacon Classic with cheese and was told "We don't have a big bacon classic" which i found odd because it advertises that very product on the online menu, instead they had variations on the menu inside... very strange. - *DECOR* I can honestly say that having spent 30+ years in the area where this location is, and having visited it many times in my past absolutely NOTHING has been changed or updated. The salad bar lights are still on the ceiling despite having no salad bar. It is truly like walking into a time machine, even the carpets are the same, I kept waiting for black cats to appear on the floor indicting I was still stuck in the Matrix... Honestly if they haven't even updated the front of the house i can only imagine what its like where we can't see, in the kitchen. - Lastly they messed my order up BOTH of the last two times i visited forcing me the 2nd time to go inside to "avoid" this very problem which happened yet again. This is a 100% true recounting of my LAST experience at Wendy's  , I wasn't alone in this adventure neither.

Original Wendy's look inside and outside  Brings me back to a time when I was a kid. Lots of seats. Food quality is consistent with other Wendy franchises. Staff were friendly and polite.Food: 5/5

After ordering my uber eats meal I was sad to find that my meal was unsatisfactory. I had ordered a daves double, for the first time requested that no lettuce or tomato be on the burger, so I was expecting at least a bit more onion and pickles. They put one TINY ring of onion and 2 pickles...I usually get 3 onion rings on a daves single  I know it's not a lot to complain about but these items really make the meal for me... if I'm opting out of having two condiments on my meal.. please put more of the condiments I did request. It doesn't make sense. I'm saving you money by not requesting these more expensive items.. just yea upset with the food industry and what it's becoming.

This location ALWAYS looks run down and dirty . the place needs a makeover ! The carpets are old and stained and smell . We both got the Son of Baconator and there so much grease dripping from them , not sure if it was the pattys or the bacon that caused it . We needed extra napkins just to soak up the grease before attempting to eat it   Wheelchair accessibility: Front door disability parking and entrance

Decent food and decent customer service on the cheap. Always looking for that junior bacon cheese burger, as it's a great alternative to McDonald's. The washroom smells a little bit funny but the inside is relatively big, as well it has free wifi. With a lot of seating space, cheap food, and slightly out of place from many other stores, it makes for a nice "quiet" place to visit

What made my experience here amazing was the delightful woman at the counter! She was pleasant,  fast, funny, and just all-around wonderful!Food: 4/5
