IHOP

I got the buttermilk chicken with broccoli and macaroni and cheese. The food was great. The service was subpar. They weren't busy and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about our party of 6. I was in town visiting my sister after not seeing her for 5 years and our experience going out to eat here could have been better.

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The restaurant was 98° when we walked in. We should have turned around and left but we didn't. The food was terrible. Non edible. Do not go here expecting IHOP food becuz it will disappoint you. The manager was nice and understanding.Food: 1/5

Sunday morning. Slammed! My service was incredible by Sincere, who was covering ground as at least 2 servers as well as host. I was so glad she sat me in her section. Thank you, Sincere. Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

Greeter seemed unsure of how to do his job. He never took a name for our party to be on the wait list, While we were waiting, I overheard wait/kitchen staff say, "Does this guy have a name? Hey, do you know his name?" So I'm not sure if he was new or they just don't take time to get to know their coworkers' names. Seemed to be short staffed, our waiter got us things when we asked for them, but I feel like she should've been asking us about refills or if everything was okay or apologizing about the wait and we waited 45-50 minutes for our food, which were all egg dishes or pancakes. The restaurant atmosphere itself seemed dirty, rundown and not well taken care of.

Love their new menu. Caleries & healthier substitutions are listed. Ordered a healthy egg white chicken fajita omelet with blueberry pancakes. My hubby also ordered a healthy option. YUM!Food: 5/5

We had a great time early breakfast with the kids and my sisters family. Great server and your decent IHOP breakfast... recommend for family outing.Food: 5/5

It took a little while longer to order our food. Not too busy, but maybe a little short staffed. Though once we got service, server was friendly and took about as long as expected to get our food. It was delicious.Food: 5/5

The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because our waitress was extremely nice and courteous. I'd give her 5 stars, but this "restaurant" was far less than sub-par. The other staff was swearing and going on about their business like they were all clicky-high school kids; but these were adults. The place was absolutely filthy. We should have just gotten up and left before we ordered, but we were exhausted from traveling and didn't want to waste time figuring out another option. Food was "ok." Simple breakfast food. We will NOT be back to this location again.

Restaurant was busy. Server was attentive and polite. Had two trainees in the kitchen but they rocked the food out. Appreciated their attention to detail.Food: 5/5

Waiting 15 minutes so far no drinks brought to us yet while our waitress is on the phone and telling her coworkers that her boyfriend has to “earn her trust back”. Too busy on the phone to even look our way to notice we’re staring at her and her inappropriate conversation. WILL NOT COME BACK
