This has to be the single worst fast food restaurant. The champion of horrible customer service. I do not know how else to explain, the person taking the order did not know what numbers correlated to the menu. Then while ordering two combos, stating fries with one and onion rings with the other, I get to the window to hear her say I only have one combo. This restaurant is lucky that they are net hungry university students other wise they would be shut down.

Okay yeah I love Popeyes usually, but this particular location has absolutely horrendous service for a fast food place. It’s inexcusable. Wait times are insane, customers are ignored and their concerns considered unimportant. Staff can be seen doing absolutely nothing in the kitchen or moving extremely slowly. A lady even ordered her burger 20 min in advance using the app but still had to wait 30 mins to receive it. It needs desperate help

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was raw got a replacement and it was raw again and they told me they could only give in store credit for another raw sandwich. When I suggested that they could be serving raw chicken sandwiches to other customers they did not care. This place is a health hazard DO NOT GO HERE!

I really wish there was a zero star option. Possibly the worst service at a drive through took about 15 minutes to place an order with no one in front, absolutely rude personnel when I asked for an extra sauce I got told they didn’t give extra, and that it would be $1.25 at the window if I wanted it, and then only received about half the food I ordered nothing in the actual order was correct, including drinks This along with the most important…. my girlfriend having the tenders and being incredibly ill I’ll spare the details for the past few hours. We love the odd Popeye’s at home, so I’m not saying Popeye’s on a whole is bad at all, but this establishment should be shut down. I will never be returning to it, and would caution all to avoid it, and read the raw food reviews below, because I wish I did. Hopefully the franchise checks these and saves face quickly.

This place is a walking health hazard! I spend $40 and all of the chicken I bought was either pink, and in the chicken I was eating it was oozing out blood. We’ve always had a bad experiences coming to this location as sometimes they would mess up our order, forget to include an item or make us wait a long time which are all minor mistakes so I ignored it. This time though is unacceptable, so I decided to call the location and as soon as I told them about the issue I was having, they expected me to drive 20 minutes from where I live to their location to prove I wasn’t laying. I suggested sending a picture instead since driving back was not possible, but they treated me rudely and did not offer any reasonable solutions. Pls don’t go here anymore i’m pretty sure their making a new location where T&T is. Just wait for that at this point. Also, if you’re interested in eating raw chicken too, I suggest you check this place out!

The chicken is delicious. The potatoes are impregnated with oil. I didn't like it I ordered food delivery. It was supposed to include napkins. I wanted ketchup and hot sauce with the meal, but unfortunately the meal was without hot sauce. No ketchup or napkins.

Worest experience This is the second branch I visit, blood comes out from checken, frize black ... I wish if there is less than zero star.Food: 1/5

I ordered a dinner for my family through Skip tonight. 8 piece meal with fries and 2 cokes. I got diet cokes and all of the chicken thighs were all raw in the middle. Tried calling the store and there is no answer and no option to leave a message. Rather disappointing.

3 spicy sandwiches took more than 35 minutes even though order was placed over the phone and we were told to come in 15 minutes and waited another 20 minuteson top. Place was closing in 10 minutes so no more dine-in, it wasn't even busy. When finally order was ready and handed over with no sorry or thanks for waiting. No reason shared why it took so much time. Talking proudly before order came in their own language and asking chef why you haven't even started working on the order and laughing saying people are waiting do it now. This was manager I have been to better locations in past but this is next to 2 colleges on University Avenue, suppose to be fast and good on service while so many students coming over. Never going back to this location and won't recommend other's as I think they don't know how to serve customers.

Extremely rude female employee at cash. Told us to wait 15 minutes. We sat and waited in the car. Gave our order to someone else for being 2 minutes late. Did not even acknowledge they made a mistake and stood there and shamelessly argued. Worst customer service I’ve experienced amongst all the popoyes stores. People with this attitude really shouldn’t be working in customer service. Hire better!!
