TGI Fridays

Jada has such a fun personality and is an excellent server. I love the food at Fridays but I find myself only going to the Concord location just so that I can be served by Jada. Thank you for the Fridays team in Concord. You all do great work each day to feed me and the Charlotte community.

The service was pretty good our server was nice. The food was great my son loved his chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. The cheeseburger was also really good. Haven't been to a TGIF in a few years glad we stopped in!

Went to Friday's by Concord Mills with my cousin and had Monique as our server. She was great she had a helpful and positive attitude. When I wasn't fully satisfied with my order she fixed it with no problem even went the extra mile to make it special. She was a great server and will definitely be back to see her again.

The food is old, drinks did not look like in the picture and a place is falling apart. The manager should be fired for running a place like that. It’s a worse Fridays I have ever been too.

My husband and I came for their veteran’s day offering. We were seated right away and then sat for a full 15 minutes while servers completely ignored us like we had the plague and served other people. Not one greeting. We finally decided to leave and talked to the manager on the way out. He said that they were short staffed. I totally understand being short staffed and preferring to serve paying customers. However, if they did not want to give us the special because they were short staffed, just say so when we show up. Tell us upfront that you cannot honor the special. That’s totally understandable. But to seat us and then leave us to sit there for 15 minutes was just plain rude.

Went on Saturday night. We had the whiskey burger, whiskey wings, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, We had loaded potato skins for an appetizer. The loaded potato skins were excellent. Everything else was just ok. The Alfredo totally lacked seasoning. The waitress was very knowledgeable, accommodating and polite. Overall I would return.Food: 3/5

My sister and I were in Concord for the day and we chose to eat lunch here. They have EXCELLENT Covid measures. There is a sign on the door that says they do mandatory temperature checks, masks are required and tables are marked off for social distancing. The host, Mikey, was so nice and he was our server too. He checked our temperature before seating us and we LOVED that. It is the only restaurant that either one of us has been to, that did this and we appreciated it greatly! All staff wore masks and gloves. Mikey was a great server, our half and half tea was never empty, he remembered we said no lemon, he brought extra ice without us having to ask. He came to our table several times to make sure the food was good and to see if we needed anything. We both ordered the fish and chips with fries and slaw. It was delicious! Mikey’s service was perfect and he was so appreciative of us coming in. They also have a very nice outside seating area if you don’t want to dine inside, but we felt perfectly safe inside. NOTE: you actually get 4 pieces of fish but it’s hard to see that in my picture.

Our plans fell through Christmas evening, thankfully TGIFs was open and shockingly not too busy. I made a last minute online reservation, we got there 30 min early and while I waited to check us in the rest of my party was able to order drinks at the bar. We were seated within 5 min and while the area was too cold to take our jackets off we didn’t mind so much since we saw people already getting apps right after sitting down. Our server was extremely nice and we were just very grateful to all the staff for working on Christmas, they were all working together and they didn’t seem to mind they had to work the holiday shift. Thank you TGIFs!

If I could give less than one star I would. I visited this location with my son after shopping at Concord Mills. I told him I hadn't eaten at a TGIF since I was a child, so we were kind of excited. However that quickly changed as when we walked in there wasn't anyone at the host stand...we understand things have been different since COVID so we stood there for 5 mins 2 other parties of 2 walked in behind us... trying to remain patient I picked up and menu and decided to find what I wanted to eat. The last party to walk in decided to go to the bar after NOBODY came to the host station. ....so we decided to go to the bar as well along with the 2nd party. As we sat down the female bartender looked at us and instead of greeting us she walked away. She was gone for about 5mins then reappeared and instead of greeting us she grabbed napkins and walked away. Then we noticed the management staff walking by they looked over at us then disappeared to the back. About 2 mins later the bartender returned with the manager to the bar area and again NOBODY greeted us instead the manager asked the bartender why she didn't get her and the bartender responded "because they all walked in at the same time" while she filled up a glass looking at us all, still NOBODY greeted us or apologized for the wait etc....so at that point we got up and left. ADVICE: if you don't like your job don't do it! Because the customers can feel when they don't want to be serviced. The 2nd party got up and left before we did. I never want to spend my money somewhere I'm NOT wanted. Both the management and staff were very unprofessional and needs to work hard to improve this behavior because it's literally making the company lose money. I have no urge to go back!

Horrible service! Today is November 12th and my partner and I came in to have dinner. Not only did we wait more than 5 minutes to be seated meanwhile like 3 workers looked us in our face and walked past us they had time to talk and laugh it up in the corner but couldn’t seat us! Another group of people came in after us and asked how long we had been waiting, after informing them it had been a little over 5 minutes, that group had to go get someone and have them come seat us. After being seated, that group, along with 2 other groups that got seated after us had their order taken, meanwhile my friend and I was just sitting looking and waiting for someone to come take our order. Once again, several workers came and walked right past us, didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t say “I’ll be right with you” BUT the other groups all seated at tables next to us and came after us had their orders taken almost immediately. My partner had to physically get up and get someone to come take our order. Absolutely unacceptable! We waited for about 10/15 minutes!! Table was sticky floor dirty. The lady that finally did take our order was friendly but she wasn’t even supposed to be our server smh!! At this point, why should we even have to pay for our meal!! You didn’t want to seat us or serve us but you’re going to want your money!? We will NOT be back!
