I rarely ever get this angry but this is just ridiculous. Strapped for time I had to grab breakfast at this Wendy's yesterday. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and was given a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant instead. The sandwich had American cheese and turned out to be good so no worries, mistakes happen. Today, same scenario except this time I ordered the sausage egg and cheese. I get the sausage egg and cheese with some random cheese sauce completely different then the American cheese from yesterday. My question is what how is this acceptable? I ordered what I wanted not whatever you had lying around. And didn't go to the restaurant to play breakfast roulette. I didn't go back to the restaurant after getting back to the office so that I don't make a scene. I'm furious. Absolutely ridiculous.
First of all, l went there for the new $11.00 chicken wrap and l must say that, l was hugely disappointed. The wrap was very small and quite empty and tasteless. It was practically ALL wrap. Hardly any chicken or any of the filling that should had been in it. It was just bad. Then there was the issue of no ice in the soda fountain machine, which l had to ask the server behind the counter who indeed helped by getting some ice from the back ice machine. Overall, it was a bad experience other than the service. Wendy's has got to step up their game with those new chicken wraps-they were atrocious!
The night shift drive thru is terrible at communicating with customers. When you have to wait at the speaker system for 7 min without even so much as a sorry for the wait, be with you in a bit, and then a response of fine bye with a negative tone when i say I'm leaving because i couldn't get even a small acknowledgement that I was waiting in line, it's not worth giving them anymore of my business ever again. I understand that you are short staffed, like a lot of places are. But if an employee can't even give out a response of acknowledgement, especially when they see you waiting, they shouldn't be working there.
App is horrible. I go to Wendy's and I attempt to use the app and 30 minutes later starving I can't get it to work it's usually has something to do with the location which I have set for myself but you know it gets it gets caught up in that area or in other areas and then when I finally go up to the window and order without using the app and I cash out that it works so yeah I would say the app needs to go.
Drive through and parking lot looks like it needs a paving...but service was good..food choices good..had chicken wrap and garlic fries, both good!Food: 4/5
We were visiting the area for the Van Gogh exhibit and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading home. The Wendy's was very close and boy are we glad we stopped in. The general manager took our order and when he found out it was our son's birthday, took great pains to make sure he felt special on his special day. I truly appreciate this unexpected kindness and my family wholeheartedly thanks both him and the company that made the awesome decision to hire him.
Employees are nice enough...most of the times. But the dining room is STILL closed-for some reason-forcing patrons to have to use the drive-thru ONLY. This location is no longer customer friendly. I used to stop to use the restroom which were always nasty btw, but once inside, I would order food and sir down at a table, instead of eating in my car-which now I have to do because it's drive-thru only now. Also, ot never appears there's a manager in charge. It's already teenagers on their own. I like going inside and seeing the staff behind the counter cooking. I get the impression that inside is a free for all. It's a waste of commercial space where a real fast food restaurant could be occupying.
I absolutely love there food. I always go through the drive through because I don't feel welcomed in the restaurant. I feel ut of place.Food: 5/5
DONT ever ORDER FROM HERE .. I doordashed and they gave my order to a random which caused so much inconvenience for me, there management needs to be checked out here. I run into a problem everytime I come
The restaurant was rather empty and the workers uninviting even though no one was there I was rushed to order when my order arrived all three of the patties on my Dave's triple were burnt. I would recommend searching for a different location if wendys is on your mindFood: 3/5
