Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love Popeyes but this location leaves a lot to be desired. They constantly get our order wrong and the employess get an attitude when you politely point out their mistake. They only fill the mac and cheese container up 1/4 of the way and its almost always overcooked or old. Also, the parking lot is always really dirty and full of drug addicts. We will no longer be eating here. By the way, I rarely leave a bad review but corporate really needs to do something about this location.

I gave this store 5 stars in the past and I'm going to give another 5 stars again. Aliyah is a really kind and compassionate staff who helped me tremendously with the issues i had with door dash tonight. I will no longer use door dash and just come directly to the store. Aliyah is the kind of person that make me believe that good people still exist. I'm hoping the best for her, and for the store in general. Thank you so much

Let's break it down. Staff: bunch of kids who don't have any customers service skills. If this isn't the job you want, it's understandable...look elsewhere. Food: I'm not sure why it takes so long to always get your food here. They serve chicken and fish.... and basic sides. My favorite part sarcastically about this place is you walk up to the front and the workers look at you as if they don't want to taken your order. It's not that difficult. Maybe the staff isn't trained or properly compensated for their work....but I've been to other fast food places, and they aren't as bad as this place. ... who's idea was it to design the drive though in that tight space. The cars literally are backed up into the street sometimes.

Ordered blackened chicken strips. The employees minds exploded. They told me didn't have them. I pointed to the menu that said they did. Then the cool said "Yeah we got 'em!" But it took 20 minutes and they were child because they were sitting there for a while before I went to and asked for them. Also, I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and popcorn shrimp. They gave me butterfly shrimp and macaroni and cheese. Bad management, confused and discombobulated employees.

I love Popeyes but however numerous times I purchased at this location and they always giving me short order. They always leaving out my stuff even though I paid for it. The service is very poor. One time they went to the extreme and half of my order I didn't get, how unfair, waste ur time n money to go back everytkme yo correct ur order. I hope management looks into this. I really feel bad making these disturbing reviews but I am highly annoyed with this it is too much now.

Worst experience ever. If I could give no stars I would. Waited for 40 minutes just to order food with just two cars in front . When ordering food the girl who took obviously doesn’t belong in customer service with the dirty attitude that she has.there absolutely disgusting and unclean in the restaurant Their employee look Like there all high and don’t know what they’re doing , asking people what they order over and over and if they payed . Extremely hostile if you try and correct them on anything . In my opinion I would not go there ever again or recommend anyone . There’s absolutely disgusting

Popeyes have one of the crunchiest chicken out there! Their food never disappoints. Their sweet heat sauce is my favorite sometimes they charge me for the sauce but never gives the sauce or say they don’t have.

The staff are always very nice at this Popeyes location. Service is attentive and the food always rotated so it's always fresh. Really love the chicken strips they have. Also their Mac and cheese is awesome.Food: 5/5

I ordered on-line, waited 20 minutes, and drove the 3 minutes to go get it. When I arrived, it wasn't done, they had just dropped the chicken. She told me 2 minutes, turned out to be 12, so by time I got my food and for back to work, I only had 10 minutes to eat. Open my sandwich, my bread was burnt, no pickels, even though I requested extra pickels, and my apple pie was ice cold. On top of that, the girl at the counter and another female with a button up shirt both gave me an attitude when I asked how much longer, because I am on a time limit, saying that my food will be done shortly. After being told 2 minutes, and those 2 minutes passing byI'm just gonna stick to my store in Albany, because Schenectady just ain't it!

Do not recommend going here if you must use the drive thru. There are always unsavory characters in and around the building and you will not feel safe.Food: 2/5
