Applebee's Grill + Bar

When my family and I pulled up, the restaurant had a lot of people. It was graduation week for my daughter's, nieces and nephew's and my father was in from out of town. So we were looking for a place to eat. So long story short, they helped us get tables and the service was great. Everything came out on time and we had a blast. Thanks again for everything, keep up the good work.

Plenty of comfortable seating with friendly, efficient service and delicious food. There’s also a bar and some Big screen TVs to watch sports. My flaky salmon paired nicely with garlic mashed potatoes & broccoli. My brother’s shrimp & chicken was delivered to him sizzling and was quickly devoured.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

I visited this location tonite for dinner with my business partner were building a Franchise Restaurant in Schenectady this Summer 2023 and we were very Appalled at what went on for tonite!!, Very Poor Service from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I ordered my drink and food, it begin they wouldn't allow any of us to sit in the bar area to no sitting to the left side of bar except the right side that was completely full, then ordered a liquor beverage and she came back to tell me they were out of Pineapple juice for the drink so I ordered the Dark Berry MT. Dew and when she brought it it was clear like club soda and tasted like carbonation only she shouldn't of even served it, then she didn't offer a feature beverage so the drinks should of been free to begin with but it don't stop there we shouldn't have all these issues happening at once, then the staff have winter hats on and coats and No uniform or name tags? Is this even a Franchise? or Applebee's? Their screwing up on the food and salads and their not using trays to deliver it or drinks and drinks are spilling and the bowls of salad are touching someone's wings and the salad is missing what was supposed to come on it we sent it back he had his fingers in the food not paying attention Lettuce is spoiled besides. The chicken fingers were over cooked very hard to bite into and the ribs were super cold not even cooked?? You kidding me this many issues shouldn't be happening!! If their this short staffed they should remain closed until they can have a hiring event to get staff because this location is going down hill very fast. Overall Rating> GM/Management-Poor 1 Selena M./& Wait Staff Customer Service-Poor 2 Kitchen Staff cooking and Preparing-Poor 1 Kitchen Staff having to come to the dining room to deliver food to customer's? 1 ***Note: we been here since 505pm and it's now 6pm not once has our waitress asked us if we were ok or how everything is. Very disappointed!

It was a decent place. It seemed clean the food was above average. The best thing was our waitress. She was friendly and had a sense of humor. When I go out to eat I like a waitress or a waiter that is friendly and witty. I wish I had remembered her name but she was an older lady that seemed to enjoy her job and people. She was very pleasant and fun and had a sense of humor. She was quick to serve us and we didn't have to ask for things twice. Because of her the next time I'm in the area I will most definitely stop here.

I ordered the new neighborhood Burger, it was so small I should have gone to McDonald's for a Burger. My wife ordered the macaroni and cheese and it was ice cold and hard. Our waitress should waitress somewhere else, she was great. I will never return to applebee's again worst experience ever

I have been going to this particular 99 Restaurant for years. It's definitely one of the most consistent and dependable of all the 99s that I have ever been to. Our server tonight was so polite, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Just wonderful! Kid-friendliness: Great children's menu, including fun activities and crayons. They offer delicious, kid-friendly meals, sides, drinks, and desserts!

Ordered fries and honey BBQ boneless wings with ranch for a little over $20. The fries were disgusting, I don't know if they changed how they prepare them since the last time I've been there. But there was no seasoning on them at all. They were cold and soggy. The boneless wings were cold as well but still tasted delicious. The ranch was the worst. It was watery and tasteless. I'm pretty sure they just added water to the ranch. But it was awful

The food was absolutely delicious can not wait to go back try another meal.they have many great choices. The bourbon steak is my all time favorite. The bourbon chicken and shrimp is also also another favorite.Food: 5/5

The service was detestable. I had to wait 25 minutes for my drink then the chicken was drier than my inbox. Dan, they did not put the order in for our dessert until we checked out. I could’ve made the food at my house way better. Also, the cups tasted like there was dish soap so we couldn’t even enjoy our drinks.

The service was HORRIBLE. Our waitress only gave us plates and utensils, the poor bartender who was WONDERFUL had to take over cause Brianna couldn’t do her job. We waited for an hour for our food. The manager didn’t do anything or take anything off the bill. NEVER AGAIN
