I hired Wendell to do the probate on my Moms estate after being let down by another attorney. Wendell was great, not only very efficient, but prepared me with a superb FAQ sheet that answered questions I didnt know enough to ask! On a personal note, Wendell is just a good guy, very personable and funny. He made a tough time about as easy as could be expected.

I would highly recommend Wendell Belknap to my friends and family since he was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the Oregon Probate process. I actually have never met Wendell in person, since I live in Nevada, but I found that he was very good at answering all of my questions over the phone, and through detailed emails and letters. The death of a loved one is a difficult thing to deal with, but Wendell was able to help me to navigate through the probate process with ease.

I hired Wendell to help me finalize my divorce. Wendell made me feel 100% comfortable and answered any and all questions that I had. I never felt rushed when meeting with him, he answered all of my emails in a very timely manner and made me feel like I was his only client. I would hire him over and over if I needed to! If you're looking for an attorney who is honest, loyal, noble (and funny!) you've found him!
