If you are reading this review you're probably finding ourselves in a pretty frustrating and difficult situation regarding custody. Stephen is an amazing attorney not cheap by no means however worth every penny, this attorney actually cares about your situation he's also has a good sense of humor. I believe one of the most important things that sets Stephen apart from the rest of the attorneys is that he is not cocky, he is very humble and understanding. Attorneys like to think that if you are in a bad predicament they automatically stand above you. This is not the attitude or treatment you will receive at this firm. I am a father of three amazing beautiful little girls. thanks to Stephen and his legal assistant Windy I will never miss a precious moment of feel an empty void in my heart . These people have impacted my life in a way that I will never forget and I am forever grateful. And if you want a word of advice document ,document ,document and keep every text message. always keep your cool, treat every conversation with your coparent as if your children are on the line.

Stephen has represented me for several years now both in my divorce with my ex wife and in child custody issues. He is an incredible trial lawyer. We have always walked out of the courtroom giving each other high fives because of how well we have done. We have always done well in all of our settlement agreements too. I really can't say enough about him. If you are in a position where you need representation I would highly recommend Stephen. He came recommended to me by another lawyer I know who said he was one of the toughest lawyers to go up against in Oregon. I knew how important it was for my children to get to spend more time with their father so I made sure to look for the best guy I could find. Stephen Bedor represented me in a highly contested divorce and restraining order case. I just wanted to take the time to tell anyone who is interested in using Mr. Bedor how happy I am with the outcome of everything. I got pretty much exactly what I wanted the day I walked into his office. I have Mr. Bedor to thank. Mr. Bedor was able to have the restraining order dismissed after a two day hearing. In the divorce he obtained the time I wanted with the children. I knew I would be paying spousal support and Mr. Bedor negotiated a very favorable settlement on this issue. I had substantial and complicated assets to deal with. Mr. Bedor obtained a very favorable financial settlement . He did so without being nasty and while preserving a working relationship between myself and my ex-wife. I have dealt with lawyers before on a variety of issues. Mr. Bedor is the best lawyer I've ever encountered. Mr. Bedor is a truly great attorney and he should be proud of what he accomplished in my case. He deserve every penny of what I paid him.

Stephen represented me in a divorce where my husband took and spent marital assets while the case was pending in violation of an asset restraining order, tried to hide his bonus income and refused to turn over the documents we needed. Stephen was great! I received every penny I was entitled to and two separate attorney fee awards. I am unable to work and Stephen obtained the spousal support and life insurance I need to be financially secure. I was so upset during the process at the things my husband was doing but Stephen reassured me and came through for me. My ex-husband is voluntarily paying the attorney fees he owes me. He does not want to deal with Stephen ever again. I have recommended him and I would recommend him to anyone. I give Stephen 10 stars. Lois

Stephen Bedor represented me when my former husband wanted to terminate spousal support. I could not be happier when I found Mr. Bedor! He was, from the get-go, professional, compassionate, competent, and totally upfront about the expectations of the case and what his fee would be for the process. On my initial interview with Mr. Bedor, I immediately knew that his knowledge of Family Law exceeded my previous, original attorney's capabilities. My only regret, at that point, was that I had not found him sooner! He caught things in the original divorce papers that were ill written and poorly executed. Mr. Bedor negotiated a reasonable settlement and helped me avoid being punished for my previous attorney's errors. I would HIGHLY recommend, with no hesitation, Mr. Bedor to anyone looking for an attorney. He will listen to you and your concerns, and act promptly, honestly, and accordingly. He will fight for you!
