I had Ryan Chiotti as a prosecutor, He not only was dishonest in the courtroom, I later found out he withheld exculpatory evidence in my case, all this guy is interested in is sending people to prison for years longer then their crime should carry, I think he believes he's a pillar of the community but his over charging scandals tactics only breeds pure hatred. This guys a tyrant and a coward. Clackamas county has always been the most corrupt and scandalous  in Oregon, any ex con will tell you that, but this guy ads a new level to the already horrific excuse for a justice system, he ads lazy and blatant! The guy doesn't even try to hide it!
