King of the Scam Banks!  My experience with this bank (not this branch) was terrible!  Look online at all their problems, suits, and bad reviews before you open account.  A local credit union will take better care of most people's needs than a "giant money sucking national bank"!  Remember: "Banks are there to make money for their shareholders, and credit unions are there to take care of the needs of their members."

I use this branch to get foreign currency for when I travel abroad, it saves me a lot of money going here instead of exchanging at the airport. It has always been a good experience. Only once did they order the wrong currency, but that was my first time ordering from them over the phone and they corrected it asap. I asked for yen, they ordered yuan, so now I say Japanese yen and there is never a problem.

We were very happy with the service we received from one of your loan officers name Christine this was a few years back a day that time. Has everything you need. Friendly tellers, drive thru ATM, and money. I've never had a bad experience here.

Don't judge on one bad experience. The staff is almost always friendly and very helpful. Wells is a great bank and even though they are a huge chain, they act and treat you as if they were a local bank. This branch in particular is a welcoming business. I have worked with a number of bankers and tellers there and have never have a poor experience. You cannot really ask for more in a bank.
