I visited the shop yesterday afternoon bringing a container of misc. coins of my late mom's just to see if there was anything more than face value. Both the lady and gentleman (I forgot to get names.) who assisted me were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would definitely recommend and will return when ready to sell.

Went in last week to sell off some silver coins I had for years. Unlike the other reviewers we were greeted warmly and were seated for the appraisal immediately. The woman was very pleasant and friendly however, she made a major error that had I not caught wouldve resulted in a $150 loss to us. She appraised the 16 ounces of silver at $130. Knowing that silver was trading last week, at over $17 an ounce, I quickly did the math in my head (as I am an accountant). When she returned from the printer with the buy/sell contract I asked. "Isnt 17.52x16 equal to $275- $280?" To which she replied "Oh you're right! Calculator error!" I was a little suspicious however, she corrected the buy/sell contract from $130 to $280. We left with a check and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. We immediately went to the bank to cash the check after such a gross error. I would give this place 1 star had the employee not been so prompt and friendly. After reading the other reviews I now wonder if the pleasantries were part of a scam to bilk us out of the extra $150? I wont be returning to this buyer/seller and advise that if you do decide to do business here, know the value of your items before you walk in the door.

Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. These guys are great and they really know their stuff on their coins that they sell
