Our business has consistently had problems with this branch. Unfortunately because we opened our account there it is hard to go to another branch to get help when dealing with business account transactions. U.S. Bank is a great bank. Just avoid this branch.

I've been a U.S. Bank customer for over 3 years. I've never had any issue, or such terrible customer service until today. I usually go to a branch closer to my work, but as this one is close to my home, I've been in there several times. Today I went in to make a simple transaction, and the teller refused, according to their "policy". I told her I've done this at other branches, including this one, several times, and she just continued to say it wasn't possible. After I left, I called my usual branch and confirmed that no such policy actually exists. Just a rude lady, not wanting to help me. So I will take my business to my usual branch, and will never come here again.

This branch has been awesome to work with for myself and my family. They took the time to help my 2 oldest kids with their accounts. I like the products they offer. I'm also impressed with how good their online bill pay program is and the Iphone APP. We love being able to deposit checks with our phone.

I have been a US Bank customer for a little over 1 year now. I have never been so disgusted by horrible and unforgivable customer service in my life. They were unwilling to work with me on any banking issues including ones that they had obviously made mistakes on!
The last time I dealt with them, I sent a check to put my account in the positive (I live in a place that USBank does not exist, thank god). Now, even though I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to clear things up, my account is still in the negative even though, and they agree, that I have sent them the correct amount. Once I had finally flushed the demon acid from their eyes, they did agree that I was right, my account should be positive. At the end of the battle, when I tried to get off the phone with them, they proceeded to tell me that I would not be receiving the full amount that they had promised, it would be $5 short. Can you believe they still want to squabble over $5? A big national BANK wants to squabble over $5 even though I have threatened to close my account. A HUGE BLOOD SUCKING CORPORATION THAT PROMISES, NO, GUARANTEES 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE WANTS TO FIGHT WITH A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER $5. That's nice. You have showed your true colors USBank, you have showed your true colors.
Its not just this branch, however, it is every single branch I have ever visited.
USBank or any of its affiliates will never be given my business or loyalty again. I hate your company and I hate you with a passion. I will tell everyone I know about this excruciating experience I have had with you. The only reason you got a rating on here is because I cant post this without one. USBank is a corporation of thieves.
