I am giving this branch 1 star because of the Manager but I would give the staff, specifically David who is the current drive up teller, 5 stars. David is fast, efficient, friendly and always has a great attitude. I recently was in the drive through while he was swiftly doing my banking while quickly telling me about his family, which was something I asked him about. His manager came over and cut him short. She did this in front of me. I could also see that another employee was grimacing at me during our exchange. He is an asset to this company. He moves quickly and accurately and Wells Fargo is lucky to have him. I can only hope at some point he will be rewarded for his hard work instead of used as an example of how Wells Fargo puts time and money over connections and friendliness.

Always friendly, never a bad experience at this branch. Wells Fargo in general I have had a couple issues, but not at this bank.

Always courteous and helpful every time we have used their banking services. Nice to have coffee and cookies in the morning during banking activities. Thanks,

Worst customer service ever went in to have a situation resolved and the employee seemed to not know what he was talking about worst service I've ever experienced and will be looking at other banks cause this is not the first time I've been ripped off by this company
