I went into TLC yesterday trying to open an account, but ultimately couldn't due to a negative mark on my credit report. I will say that the customer service was amazing and I was guided to what the next steps are to take in order to fix the negative credit report. I look forward to working with them in the future.

These people are the best by FAR!!!, I am a very busy person who isn't but let me tell you what happened, I have been trying to re fi my boat and pick up for a lower rate, these people instead of giving up found a way to help ME. They came to my work with all documents ready to sign, now who does that in today's world, They have always been very sincere, Go down there Today in Newport, Tillamook, and you won't be disappointed, Stephanie, and Stacey went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you again, and I will tell ALL!!!! Thank you entire staff from TLC. Mike
