Not a fan of this bank at all. Always had issues with them. Had another today with one of there clients checks. I took one of there clients checks in chase to have made into a cashiers check and they acted like I was trying to fraud them. even manager acted like i was in wrong. they said there policy was different then other banks. They obviously don't know banking or honor there own clients checks. I have been a business owner for few years now and have done this several times with several banks. If I wrote a check my bank wouldn't honor and cash I wouldn't be doing business with them at all. FYI this was a chase check written out to my business that the very bank would not make into cashiers check for there client. Weird Columbia bank wells Fargo American us bank ect all love to. They will even give you cookies coffee and a smile. Won't ever do business with you again Chase!
