Would be no stars but that's not an option they have no info available on opening an account you have to set up some kind of meeting with bank people to even inquire about a checking account they are not interested in your business I think they are more corporate or lending not personal accounts I recommend T.L.C credit union the gals there are great and free checking means free checking the Umpqua bank in Newport will be closed before long with the lack of service they give #onlyfortherich

This is the worse branch.. Absolutely worse. They are slower than molasses. I really need to change banks
