I have a car loan thru wells fargo bank. And everytime i come into pay my bill at the mcminville location, it is always a hassle. Apparently i cant pay it online and because i refuse to have a bank account with this shady bank i cant just pay with my card. I wish i didnt have my car loan thru you and if ibcpuld take it somewhere else i would.
Your bank tellers appologize ... Which honestly does not help... Ive had my car for a year and no exhaderation the only good experience i have had was at the newberg location 1 time. I wait in line for 15 minutes just to be told we cant help you, please go to your bank and get cash... Fine i will bring cash from now on.. So ill be inconvience by having to go to us bank across town just to go back to your location to pay them in cash... Rediculous!!

Went in to close my saving and checking accounts. First time the line was very long so the teller took my info for someone to call me to make an appointment. After 4 days, nobody called so I went back in. I talked to an associate that closed my savings account but said I needed to zero out my checking account. She couldn't do it apparently, so I went to the teller. After, I went back to the associate and there was ten cents in my account somehow. She said I had to again go to a teller and wait in line to zero out my account. Even though it was there mistake and only ten cents, I waited in line again zeroed out my account and when I went back to the associate she said my account was closed. I didn't trust her, and when I went home, sure enough my account was not closed. I called the bank the next day and had no response. I called the 800 number who closed my account. Had I not double checked, I would have had monthly bank charges which would then lead to overdraft charges because my account was zeroed out. Horrible horrible service.

Generally quick service with efficient and courteous staff including Spanish-speaking staff available. Additionally, free lollipops make the stop here especially sweet. My only quip is with the poor parking lot placement.
