I have been a customer for almost 20 years, now there is No drive thru and you have to make an appointment now to make any changes on your account. You can no longer walk in and add someone to your account for example :( it took the person longer to find me an appointment then it would have just to add the person to the account. It's fine to have appointments available but I feel like you should be able to walk into your bank and make changes. Maybe instead of the person standing around trying to make appointments, they coyld have somebody who could make changes on the account.

The worst experience I've had at a bank ever! They were going to charge me to cash one of their own checks! Unbelievable!

This has been my bank for 5 years now and they really are great never any problems very helpful people for your banking needs!
