Very helpful customer service can be a long wait if you go at the wrong time. The people are very positive and uplifting. Better service than most banks in the area.

Really nice people, but parking is not that friendly if you are disabled. Wanted to charge me $10 to cash a check from Wells Fargo that I had there in a Wells Fargo account even though I had an account with them. I took my check elsewhere.

I have been a Wells Fargo member for 30 years and like my cell phone provider, while they may not be perfect during every single interaction (btw, neither am I) their long term track record has served me well and I have been able to get consistent and reliable service 98% of my time. Thanks to my local branch for continuing to represent me as best they can even through times when the higher executive level didn't.
