I used to have a great relationship with this branch, but about a year ago there was complete staff overhaul.  I am STILL being asked to provide ID to make small cash deposits.  Ridiculous.

Nobody answered the phone the multiple times I called until around 11 the lady I spoke to was very rude to me when I asked to make an appointment to set up an account with them. The majority of my family banks there but I will be taking my business else where. Poor customer service.

Good for a bank. Just check fine print to avoid monthly fees.

It's not bad, but it likewise was nothing great. I keep a simple account and never hear from them about anything. Took the entirety of my business else where.
