After having a horrible experience at Discovery Insurance at Hillside Mall I came here and was blown away by the amazing service! The lady that helped me went above and beyond and explained everything clearly to me. The service was fast, friendly, efficient and I left feeling like I had a very clear understanding of everything! Recently renewed auto insurance here. Tiana (?) went out of her way to call in and check my discount, help plan out my renewal schedule to match my discount anniversary and provided much more help and information. Great service & with ICBC set rates that is all that you can ask for!
