I have come to this location religiously for the past 12 years and always have a woman with the best attitude and is always externally kind and patient with my special needs child. My last experience with a person who goes by Clair a different person then who Has always treated me with excellent service was nothing short of the opposite, Clair was quick to talk with a condescending tone, and remind me that she had the education and I didn’t. When I was surprised by new policies and shared I wanted clarity to ensure a quick experience while I was there with my child I was shut down and belittled. I asked to share my experience with a manager and was told Clair was in this role. I called the other location and received excellent service from their supervisor who clearly answered all my questions, was kind and respectful.

I have never had a negative experience here. I've gone through 3 different cars and every experience at this location has been friendly, quick, and helpful. Even when I've been out of town and can't make it in, the service over the phone has been exemplary.

The ladies at the Walmart location are fantastic. They are all ways busy. They still manage to keep a friendly helpful demeanour. Highly recommend as they are all knowledgeable.

All the staff here are always so wonderful and helpful! I have started doing online renewals with them now, and they always call back so fast and they are so great on the phone.

As a first timer doing auto insurance, Kym just helps me a lot and not just being helpful with her knowledge, but also confident and comfortable in making decisions. Also, this place is open on Sunday. Really appreciate the staff who has been working here over the weekends. Thank you.

Had a very pleasant experience replacing my license plates. Shawna is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She made what I expected to be a less than fun experience, a very smooth one.

The lady's here always know the ins and oats and seem very knowledgeable in regards to all aspect of insurance policies from their private to ICBC from off-road vehicles to RVs. Highly recommend this location and they have great hours
