Great experience with Juliana, she is very knowledgeable and super helpful, with a very friendly and positive attitude. She even emailed after I had left to answer a question about my vehicle insurance policy as I was in today to purchase a travel insurance plan. I forgot to ask her again and she remembered and reached out to me before I had a chance to try to figure it out myself.
